When you have everything set up, processing an Order is easier than it looks.
Before start

Step A: ORDERS
On this page, you have all the settings to manage your orders.
- An order can appear automatically from your online store if you set the integrations that you need;
- You also have the option to import orders with a file (Link to article);
- Or you can create a new order manually (Link to article);
Step B1: PICKING by Wave
Before start
- Please be sure that you have set up your storage locations. If you do not have places set up yet, please go to the section 'Storage locations barcodes' and add them.
- Be sure that you have set up your picking, packing, sorting and assembly queues. The queues are tools that help you decide how you want to pick orders- one at a time or at once as a 'wave'.It is relatively easy to set up. Read the article 'Creating Picking queues with the adapters'.
1. Now when you have orders, you can start picking.
Go to Terminal -> Picking
2. Scan the employee type storage location (Basket)
3. Now choose one of the created queues
4. Scan your order
5. Now: ''Please scan any static storage location close to you to create an optimal route for the picking''
6. Now scan the item to put it in the basket. The SKU code is displayed, the amount along with the place it should be the item.
7. Now you can add the remaining by pressing ''max'' and will continue to guide you.
8. Now you have to put it to the sorting location.

9. Done. Now you need to open the terminal and go to sorting.

Prepare the storage locations. Create, print labels, and stick them on the storage locations. Menu->Settings->Storage Locations. | We will use several types of Locations and their barcodes. A barcode of a location looks as S/P/'number'. | To activate picking by an order number please create the queue in Menu->Workstations->Management "Picking by order number". |
Employee type - is a portable location to collect and transfer the items between working sections in a warehouse. It can be a basket or trolley. | Enter the name which will allow you to recognize it in the terminal. And the Warehouse type Fulfilment - you fulfillment warehouse name. You don't need any other settings to be set. | |
Static type - is a general storage location where the inventory is stored. We will use it to define the Worker Location on the warehouse so that the OA system can create an optimal route for picking. | ||
Distribution type - is a special location, each for every single order, bin, or shelf, where you place a picked item from the portable basket or trolley before a packing process. From this type of location, a Packer will take items for packing. | Inside the queue, you can watch tasks that are created during the picking process. This is the log of all tasks for all times of using the queue. |

Start picking with Terminal
1. Tap on Picking in the Terminal | 2. Scan or enter manually an Employee type location barcode. | 3. Choose the queue |
Important! If you enter the barcode manually add * sign to the barcode in the end of the string without a space.Scan barcode | ||
Choose the queue that you have created for this process. Just tap on it. | ||
4. Scan or enter the Order ID of the Order that you want to assemble. | 5. Please scan any static storage location close to you to create an optimal route for the picking. If you enter the barcode manually don't forget to add * in the end. | 6. OA shows the address of the storage location for items of the order. Go to the location which is shown on the Terminal. Scan its barcode (or tap on a location on the screen). |
Tip: The order ID you can find in Menu-> Order->Order ID. | ||
7. Check if there is an item. If it's ok, take the item, scan its barcode, and put the item in your basket. | 8. If manual, enter the SKU of the item and put the item in your basket. If there is more than one the OA will show you the storage location of the next item. Please repeat the procedure. | 9. When all items of the order are picked, please go to the Location of the distribution type and scan its barcode. Place the items on the distribution place. |
Success! You have finished the Picking. To finish the order assembling please skip the Sorting and go to the Packing process in the OA APP.
Step C: SORTING
10. Now in the terminal choose 'Sorting'
11. Scan the sorting place
12. Choose a sorting queue
13. Scan the item from sorting table (place)
14. Now scan a distribution place
15. Now when you scanned the distribution place, the items were moved to it and now you have to scan the remaining items to move them too.
So scan the item again and then the distribution place again, repeat until you are finished with the order items.
** If you continue scanning it will show an error because there are no more items on the sorting table!
Step D1: PACKING
Before start
Please prepare your packing workstation.
Step 1:
Create and print a barcode label with "assembly" type. Go to "Menu->Settings->Storage locations barcodes-> type Assembly".

This barcode you will use to start work on the Packing workstation in Orderadmin. Stick the label on a packing table where you are going to pack orders.
Step 2:
Create a "Packing queue" - the queue which contains certain orders for packing (go to "Workstations -> Management -> Packing).

Think off the name of the queue that will be easy recognise.

Step 3:
Prepare a desktop, barcode scanner and label printer. Prepare packing supplies.
Step 4:
Set up your printer.
Label printer often connects automatically. But if it didn't happen use the Printer settings.
This button indicates printer status. Tap on this button and you will get the modal window with the printer settings. Try to connect your printer with the "Try to reconnect" button.

Start Packing
Step 1:
To start work just scan barcode your assembly location.

This button allows scan barcodes with a photo camera. Just tap on it and direct on a barcode, if needed push the button on your device to take a photo.
The "Reset" button restarts the "Packing workstation". Use it if you want to change the "Assembly" location.
Step 2:
Choose the queue.

If you choose the wrong queue please use the "All queue" button. It will lead you to the list of queue to choose another one.
Step 3:
Orderadmin will show you the address of the distribution bin with the ready to pack items for the order.
Take the item that showed on the desktop screen, scan it barcode and put in the box. Then the system will show you all other items of the order.

Step 4:
When the order is ready you will get the label from printer. This label you will use during the measuring of the parcel to receive shipping label.
Stick the label on the box and scan this label to finish the packing process. If the label isn't printed, you can try print by clicking the "Print" button.
When all orders are assembled the system will give you the message that assembling is finished.

Reprint
By the "Packed" button you can see all packed orders and exact time. Also you can reprint the label if needed.

Step D2: PACKING by OrderID
Before start
Please prepare your packing workstation.

By the "Packed" button you can see all packed orders and exact time. Also you can reprint the label if needed.

Step E: EXPORT or get ready to SHIP OUT
(Can't show the FULL process of exporting)
Before start
You need to have a Shipping manifest. That is the document that has all the information about the stock that leaves the warehouse.
Its in 'Documents' -> Shipping manifest - create a new one from the ''+'' button.
23. Go to Workstations -> Labeling -> Scan & Print
24. First you have to choose a shipping manifest. If you don't have one, you have to create it.
25. Now you have to scan the label and measure it.
After the measurement, it will be automatically exported to your E-cabinet of the carrier and the way-bill (товарителница) will be generated.
