Plan fees and charges
When you review the Orderadmin pricing plans, you can see rates and fees, such as monthly price, annual price, onetime payments, channel fee and transaction fees.
Currency
You are billed in US dollars even if your warehouse is located outside of the USA.
You are billed in Euro if your warehouse is located inside the European Union.
Monthly price
The monthly price is a recurring subscription charge for using Orderadmin, which varies depending on the plan you choose. We offer two levels of contract, rolling monthly access and an annual contract. When signing up for the annual contract, you are committing to pay for using the Orderadmin platform for at least 12 months. If you sign up for a one, two, or three-year billing cycle, then you can receive a discount on your subscription charge.

Canceling your subscription
If you want to cancel your plan, then you need to stop using the platform and get in touch with our support team via email. Мake a request to the Orderadmin support for unsubscribing.
Important!
Cancellations cannot be processed via support messenger, social media chats, live chat, or other messaging system or over the phone. Any cancellation requests submitted only by email to the Orderadmin support. If you decide to cancel your Orderadmin subscription you must provide us with notice 30 days in advance. No refunds will be provided for remaining unused days under Monthly subscriptions or Annual subscriptions.
If you would like you re-activate your account within a short period of time, you can log in and enter your billing details or contact Orderadmin support.
Important!
Monthly or annual subscriptions will automatically re-new and any cancellations should be submitted in 30 data in advance before the payment will be processed. Cancellations submitted after renewal will not be eligible for a refund.
After a certain period, your account will be deleted from the platform.
